Honey Glazed Carrots
This warm, saucy carrot dish is perfect for early fall comfort food. My Gram used to make these for us as kids, with baby carrots in a crockpot, but this recipe elevates glazed carrots to a dinner party-worthy side dish. Enjoy!
Ingredients
20 fresh carrots, washed
3 tbsp Tabernash Honey
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
2. In a small saucepan, heat butter until melted on medium-low heat
3. Add honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt to saucepan
4. Mix all ingredients until smooth
5. Arrange carrots on a large sheet pan
6. Pour mixture atop carrots and toss to coat
7. Roast carrots in oven for 40-50 minutes, until soft
